Set right on the Gulf at the south end of Marco Island, Surfside Club puts the water’s edge at the end of a short, palm-lined stroll from your door. Inside the gates, just 50 residences surround a broad central lawn, giving the community a quiet, unhurried pace. Refreshed in January 2026 with new porcelain tile, paint and trim, giving every room a bright, breezy feel. New ceiling fans keep the air moving, and a wide three-panel slider fills the living room with natural light. Mornings start with coffee on the screened lanai, framed by palms and treetops, and the same spot makes an easy place to unwind as the day winds down. Cook in a kitchen of custom wood cabinetry with glass-front uppers, granite counters and stainless appliances. The split-bedroom layout keeps the master bedroom a quiet retreat, with a built-in media wall and a barn-door entry to a bath with a frameless glass shower, granite dual vanity and linen towers. The second bedroom sits on the opposite side, giving guests their own space. An assigned parking space and a separate storage area handle the practical side of coastal living. Outside, the day is yours to shape. Swim in the pool, soak in the spa, or settle in under the covered poolside pavilion. Fire up a grill on the lawn, cast a line from the fishing pier, or read in the shade of a waterfront chickee hut with the Gulf and Caxambas Pass stretching out before you. Loungers line the pavered waterfront deck, a natural spot to spend a long afternoon by the water. With South Beach within easy reach, Surfside Club offers a rare combination of island quiet and true coastal living.
