INCLUDES GOLF MEMBERSHIP ($50,000 VALUE) GOLF CART and FURNISHED! This lovely single family home has a circular, paver, driveway, and a welcoming entry/foyer that draws your eye in to the spacious living room, adjacent kitchen, and outdoor living space. The large living room has crown molding, a built-in feature wall, and glass sliders to the patio. The home features an extra large covered lanai area, stretching the entire length of the house. This is what Floridians want, a large covered area for afternoon shade and sudden showers. The landscaped lot provides privacy for dips in the pool and spa. The pool is a free-form shape, with wide curved steps into the water, and has SOLAR heating. The updated kitchen is well designed and very functional. The upper cabinets are double stacked, and the top cabinets have glass doors and lighting, for an upscale and modern look. The kitchen features a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, under-counter lighting, and spacious pantry. There is a breakfast bar, and room for a full size dining table. The main bedroom and en suite has a custom walk-in closet plus a 6' clothes closet. The bedroom has sliding doors to the pool area, for convenience and natural light. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house, along with a 2nd bath and linen closet. One of the bedrooms is currently furnished as an office/guest room. There are tile floors throughout the home, a newer AC, newer roof, and intercom/music speakers throughout the house. Hunters Ridge is a unique, smaller, private country club community. All residents must be Social Members, and Golf Membership is optional. There are 550 homes, and about 1/3 to 1/2 of the residents are golfers. There are always lots of activities, golf tournaments, dinner parties, entertainment, etc. Amenities include a pro shop, golf simulators, tennis courts, pickle ball, bocce, basketball hoop, resort-style pool, spa, and fitness center (currently being enlarged and updated). Residents get together for cards, crafts, games, fishing, etc. The Country Club is "Private Golf" (preferred by most golfers), not "Bundled Golf" with a Chelsea System for tee times. The lifestyle in Hunters Ridge is casual, friendly, and welcoming. It has convenient shopping just outside the gate, only 6 miles to the Bonita Beach, and less than 10 minutes to Naples and Ft Myers for casual and upscale restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The club's restaurant offers a variety of dining choices. The Grill Room has a friendly bar and tables for casual meals, while the Dining Room serves dinner parties, buffets, and brunches. The large outdoor patio and bar is a common place to gather, for refreshment and light meals. Food is also available poolside. Hunters Ridge has one of the best locations, and is one of the best kept secrets. It offers so much, yet reasonable in price, compared to all other "Private" Country Club Communities.
